Energy Healing Terms of Use for Horses
This Energy Healing Agreement for Horses, dated as of today, is by and between James Hyland/SparkVision (“Practitioner”) and you (“Client” or “You,” and together with Practitioner, the “Parties,” and each a “Party”).
WHEREAS, Practitioner provides energy healing services designed to support horses emotionally, energetically, and physically; and
WHEREAS, Client desires to retain Practitioner to provide said energy healing services for Client’s horse, and Practitioner is willing to perform such services under the terms and conditions set forth below;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Practitioner and Client agree as follows:
Client-Practitioner Relationship
An effective energy healing relationship requires mutual understanding and respect between the Practitioner and the Client. Client agrees to communicate honestly, provide relevant information about the horse’s needs or concerns, and remain open to the energy healing process.
Client represents that they are the owner, authorized caretaker, or otherwise have permission to request energy healing services for the horse receiving the session.
Energy healing for horses is intended as a non-invasive, complementary form of support. It may be helpful for horses who seem stressed, tense, sensitive, physically uncomfortable, emotionally heavy, resistant, fearful, or “off” in a way that traditional methods have not fully explained or resolved.
This work is designed to help support your horse in feeling calmer, clearer, more balanced, more connected, and more comfortable in their body. However, energy healing does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or resolve any illness, injury, disease, behavioral issue, training issue, or medical condition.
This work is not a replacement for veterinary care, emergency veterinary care, training, farrier care, chiropractic care, bodywork, nutrition support, or any other professional equine care. It is an added layer of support for the patterns traditional methods may not fully reach.
Client understands that it is their responsibility to seek appropriate care from a veterinarian, trainer, farrier, bodyworker, or other qualified equine professional as needed. If the horse is experiencing acute distress, injury, severe pain, colic symptoms, lameness, difficulty breathing, inability to eat or drink, sudden behavioral changes, or any other urgent concern, Client agrees to contact a veterinarian or emergency equine professional immediately.
By participating in energy healing services, Client agrees to accept responsibility for all decisions made regarding the horse’s care. Client acknowledges that Practitioner has not made any guarantees about results or outcomes. Client recognizes that any changes experienced by the horse may be influenced by many factors outside the control or knowledge of the Practitioner.
Services
Energy healing sessions for horses are remote, non-invasive, and designed to support one clear concern or intention per session.
These sessions may include support for helping your horse release stress, fear, tension, emotional heaviness, energetic imbalance, or discomfort they may be carrying. The goal is to help your horse feel more settled, connected, clear, and comfortable.
Your horse does not need to behave a certain way during the session. They simply receive.

Session Options
Energy Healing Session for Horse — Single Session
A single energy healing session for your horse.
This option is best when you have one specific concern, behavior change, physical tension pattern, emotional concern, or situation you would like energetic support around.
Price: one-time payment of $147.
Energy Healing Session for Horse — Three Sessions
Three energy healing sessions for your horse.
This option is best when your horse may need deeper support over time, or when the concern has multiple layers, recurring patterns, or ongoing emotional or physical tension.
Price: three payments of $133.
Energy Healing Session for Horse — Five Sessions
Five energy healing sessions for your horse.
This option is best for horses who may benefit from ongoing energetic support, especially when they seem stressed, sensitive, physically uncomfortable, resistant, fearful, emotionally heavy, or “off” in a way that traditional methods have not fully resolved.
Price: five payments of $120.
Fees
In consideration of the provision of the Services by the Practitioner, Client shall pay based on the package selected.
Single Session
Client shall pay a single payment of $147 for one session, which is due and payable immediately. Payment to Practitioner of such fee shall constitute payment in full for the performance of the single session. The energy healing session will begin after payment is made.
Three Sessions
Client shall pay three payments of $133 for three sessions. The first payment is due and payable upon purchase. Payment to Practitioner of such fees shall constitute payment in full for the performance of the Services once all payments are completed.
The energy healing sessions will begin after the first payment is made. In the event Client fails to make any subsequent payment, future sessions will pause until payment is made.
Five Sessions
Client shall pay five payments of $120 for five sessions. The first payment is due and payable upon purchase. Payment to Practitioner of such fees shall constitute payment in full for the performance of the Services once all payments are completed.
The energy healing sessions will begin after the first payment is made. In the event Client fails to make any subsequent payment, future sessions will pause until payment is made.
Payment Plan Authorization
You hereby authorize James Hyland/SparkVision to charge your credit card or debit card automatically according to the terms set forth in the Fees section above.
No Refunds
All sales are final, and James Hyland/SparkVision does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.
If you choose not to continue with the Services after purchase, any unused sessions shall be forfeited and non-refundable.
Procedure and Scheduling
Practitioner and Client will agree to a mutually agreeable time for the energy healing session or sessions. It is Client’s responsibility to schedule the session through the calendar link or scheduling process provided.
Client agrees to provide relevant information before the session, which may include the horse’s name, age, photo, primary concern, relevant background, recent changes, and any care currently being provided by a veterinarian, trainer, farrier, or other equine professional.
Sessions can be performed in-person if local or are conducted remotely. Client does not need to be physically present with the horse during the session, and the horse does not need to behave, stand, rest, or respond in any particular way.
After the session, Practitioner will provide a simple post-session summary.
Confidentiality
Practitioner shall treat the relationship with Client, as well as all information shared by Client, as confidential. Practitioner shall not disclose the existence of the relationship or any information shared during the energy healing sessions without Client’s written consent. This means that Practitioner will not disclose Client’s name, the horse’s name, or session details as a reference without Client’s consent.
Client should be aware that a practitioner-client relationship does not give rise to privilege or any other legally protected confidentiality. That means Practitioner could be ordered by a court to disclose information related to the relationship. Practitioner will notify Client of any legal request that would implicate Client’s information prior to disclosing it but may not be able to oppose disclosing the information.
Confidential Information does not include information:
(a) known to Practitioner prior to Client disclosing it;
(b) that is generally known to the public or in the industry;
(c) obtained by Practitioner from a third party, without breach of any obligation to Client; or
(d) that is or was developed independently by Practitioner without use of or reference to Client’s confidential information.
Use of Public Comments and Praise
To preserve Client’s confidences, Practitioner will not publicly post anything about Client’s horse, sessions, or energy healing experience on social media or otherwise without Client’s express written permission.
To the extent Client chooses to make any public disclosures about the energy healing experience, whether through social media or other media, Practitioner may reshare that information. This includes the right to reshare Client’s comments, praise, testimonial, or other disclosure on social media and other online platforms.
This also includes any necessary licenses to the copyright in Client’s post and the right to use Client’s name, image, likeness, horse’s name, horse’s image, or related content to the extent they are attached to or included in Client’s public post.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL PRACTITIONER BE LIABLE TO CLIENT OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, REVENUE, PROFIT, BUSINESS, VALUE, EQUINE PERFORMANCE, COMPETITION RESULTS, TRAINING RESULTS, OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGE WAS FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT PRACTITIONER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ANY AGREED OR OTHER REMEDY OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
Client understands and agrees that Practitioner is not responsible for veterinary outcomes, behavioral outcomes, training outcomes, performance outcomes, or decisions made by Client regarding the horse’s care.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the sole and entire agreement of the Parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding such subject matter.
Severability
If any term or provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Agreement or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction.
Amendments
No amendment to or modification of this Agreement is effective unless it is in writing and signed by each Party.
Waiver
No waiver by any Party of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be effective unless explicitly set forth in writing and signed by the Party so waiving.
Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, no failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right, remedy, power, or privilege arising from this Agreement shall operate or be construed as a waiver thereof. No single or partial exercise of any right, remedy, power, or privilege hereunder shall preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, remedy, power, or privilege.
Relationship of the Parties
Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, fiduciary relationship, veterinary-client-patient relationship, trainer-client relationship, or other form of joint enterprise between the Parties. Neither Party shall have authority to contract for or bind the other Party in any manner whatsoever.
Dispute Resolution
Each Party irrevocably and unconditionally agrees that any dispute arising under or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration to be held in Salmon, Idaho under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Each Party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such arbitration and agrees to bring any such dispute only in such forum. Each Party agrees that a final judgment by such arbitration is conclusive and may be enforced in other jurisdictions by suit on the judgment or in any other manner provided by law.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Idaho, without effect of any conflicts of law provisions.
Counterparts
This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which is deemed an original, but all of which together are deemed to be one and the same agreement.
