    Belief Code is a gentle, structured energy modality that helps identify and release limiting belief patterns and trapped negative emotions—then install new, supportive statements so your system has a clearer “default.”

    3. Reprogram / Resolve the gap — Then I install new supportive beliefs or close the subconscious gap the negative beliefs held.

    My Path to This Work(and Why I Believe in It)

    My journey began in an unexpected way—through wild mustangs.

    When my wife, MaryBeth, prepared for a month-long retreat gentling wild horses, her instructor recommended The Emotion Code by Dr. Bradley Nelson. We listened to the audiobook on a cross-country drive—and something clicked. I’d found a clear, simple way to engage with energy that helped me go deeper than ever before.

    What sealed it for me was seeing shifts with untamed animals. Humans can overthink, but horses don’t. I’ll never forget our mustang, Norby—withdrawn and unresponsive. After one energy session, his demeanor softened. It was like watching a fog lift.

    Since then, I’ve trained and become certified in Emotion Code®, Body Code®, and Belief Code®—and I now focus primarily on Belief Code to help clients release outdated patterns, trapped emotions and rewire supportive beliefs. I use the full toolkit as needed, always in service of your goal.

    For most of my life, I was fueled by competition, performance, and high achievement. From earning a Division 1 athletic scholarship to leading a record-breaking sales team responsible for over $10 billion in revenue, I knew how to win.

    But behind the success? I was constantly pushing through stress, ignoring physical symptoms, and numbing out to keep going.

    It wasn’t until I suffered a serious back injury—and heard a doctor compare my spine to that of a 70-year-old—that I finally stopped to ask: What is my body trying to tell me?

    That moment changed everything. I began seeking not just symptom relief but lasting change. My search led me to holistic wellness, energy work, and eventually, The Emotion Code.

    Today, I’m a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, Holistic Lifestyle Coach (CHEK Institute, Level 2), and Precision Nutrition Coach. I’ve also apprenticed with don Jose Ruiz, a best-selling author and spiritual teacher. Now, I use these tools to support other high-achievers in releasing what’s holding them back—so they can reconnect with who they truly are and move forward with purpose.

    Common Questions & Objections

    What if I’ve tried everything and nothing works?

    I hear this a lot. Belief Code is different—it speaks directly to the subconscious and belief structures. Many clients say it’s the missing piece they didn’t know they needed.

    I don’t want to relive past experiences. Is this like talk therapy?

    Not at all. This is not therapy and I am not a medical professional. The session is guided, gentle, and non-invasive.

    Can this really work over the phone or video?

    Yes. Energy is not bound by location. I’ve done hundreds of remote sessions, and the shifts are just as powerful as in-person.

    What if I don’t feel anything?

    That’s okay, too. Sometimes the effects are subtle at first, and other times they’re felt immediately. And sometimes it may take days to process. Either way, your subconscious knows what you’re ready for—and I’ll guide the process with care.
